Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
lolvods.app shows League of Legends games after they end. You can search players, browse rankings, watch games and upload replays without an account. This page lists everything the site keeps and why.
Accounts from before October 8, 2026
lolvods no longer has sign-in. If you signed in with Google before October 8, 2026, we still hold what that kept: your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture link, when the account was created and last used, a record of each signed-in browser (a hash of the session token, its dates and your browser's user-agent string), and the games you starred or asked lolvods to analyze. Nothing new is added to it. To have it deleted, email privacy@lolvods.app from the address you signed in with.
Rate limits
To keep the analyzer fair, we count analysis requests by IP address: the times of the requests from an address are kept for 10 minutes, then deleted. Replay uploads are limited to 5 a minute per IP address, and those times are deleted a minute after the last upload from that address.
Replays you upload
When you upload a .rofl replay, we keep the file as our copy of that game and publish the decoded game on lolvods like any other. A replay holds the game's events and the Riot IDs of the players in it, nothing else from your computer. Only upload replays you're happy to make public.
Riot data
Riot IDs, ranks, match history and match details come from the Riot Games API, which publishes them for every player. We store finished matches and the Riot IDs, profile icons and player IDs seen in them, to power search and rankings.
Cookies and browser storage
lolvods sets no cookies. The site keeps your recent searches, your region and each game's view settings in your browser's local storage, and a few viewer toggles in session storage. These never leave your browser, and clearing the site's data removes them. There are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your data.
Hosting and logs
Cloudflare hosts lolvods and handles every request, including your IP address. We keep Cloudflare's Workers logs of requests (the address requested, the response and any errors, which can include your IP address and browser) for up to 7 days to fix problems. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees those requests.
Keeping and deleting your data
Data from an old account stays until you ask us to delete it: email privacy@lolvods.app from the address you signed in with. Rate-limit records and logs expire on their own as described above. Published games and Riot data aren't personal account data and stay on the site.
